Once part of a flourishing orchard, Applewood Hall began life as a rustic farm building where apples were stored after harvest – a heritage that still lends the venue its name and charm today. In the 1960s, it was given a glamorous new role as the Banham International Motor Museum, home to Lord Cransworth’s treasured collection of classic cars, including the elegant Gullwing Mercedes and stately Phantom Rolls Royce. Since the early 1990s, Applewood Hall has been lovingly transformed into a romantic countryside setting for weddings and celebrations, where beautifully kept gardens, versatile spaces, and thoughtful, creative touches come together to create unforgettable moments.
