Our small, close-knit team offer a friendly and personalised service, working with you from your very first visit right the way through to the day of your celebration. We live all things weddings and events and are here to give you as much (or as little!) advice as you need!

CHLOE EDWARDS

Weddings & Event Manager

Chloe has been in the hospitality industry for nearly 15 years and having worked at Lynford Hall, she now brings her passion and expertise to Applewood Hall. Responsible for running our annual Autumn Open Day and styled photoshoot, Chloe enjoys the creative process behind these events and loves seeking out unique suppliers to make your wedding just that little bit different.

A film enthusiast and unofficial critic, fantasy is Chloe’s favourite genre. She is also a keen traveller who has done working holidays in both Australia and Canada.

Beth Harrod Events Coordinator

BETH HARROD

Events Coordinator

Beth’s previous role was working in Entertainment and Events at Vauxhall Holiday Park as Show Captain and Assistant Entertainments Manager, she also used to help coordinate the music weekenders working with many celebs along the way, her personal favourite being Vernon Kay! She is now bringing her creativity and energy to Applewood Hall.

After recently planning her own wedding she can relate with all of our couples going through the planning process and her passion for all things organised and matching definitely helps!

Outside of work, you may find Beth dancing and singing in local shows and gig venues and she also enjoys the simpler things in life, especially a good walk along the beach!

DAWN SEAGER

Head Chef

With over 17 years of experience, Dawn leads our professional in-house catering team. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday celebration or corporate event, every occasion is special and Dawn is passionate about delivering high quality food with high quality service.

Outside of the kitchen, Dawn enjoys walking her beautiful Border Collie, Blue and relaxing with a Gin & Tonic or two! 

KIERA GOYMOUR

Venue Manager

Kiera took over the management of Applewood Hall in 2016, during which time it has flourished following her dedication and commitment to ongoing refurbishment which has seen this unique venue blossom.

Having now managed over 100 weddings at Applewood Hall, Kiera is an expert on all things wedding related and is passionate about delivering fun and flexible weddings.

Now back from maternity leave, you might not see Kiera as much as she’ll be focusing more on projects behind the scenes, looking at the future direction and strategy of Applewood Hall, and sister business Applewood Countryside Park.

FRANKIE SAUSAGE

Promoted to Big Sister

Frankie is our beloved mascot and chief mischief maker. She can hear a crisp packet open half a mile away, loves to sunbathe and is always ready to meet new people. You’ll usually find her peering out the office door ready to make your acquaintance!

Although she has a bark that often makes us jump, it’s louder than you’d think, Frankie is a little softy who is always looking for fuss, and a snack if you have one!

Frankie has recently been promoted to big sister and is very much enjoying her extra sibling duties!
